Helix & Hue Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Helix & Hue, we dedicate our time and expertise to providing you with premium aesthetic care. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, we have implemented the following policy:
1) Booking Deposit & Credit Card Hold
To secure your appointment, a $100 hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking. This is not an additional fee; it is a pre-authorization to verify your payment method and secure your time slot.
2) Late Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Late Cancellations (Under 24 hours) or No-Shows: You will be charged 50% of the total cost of the service(s) booked.
- How it works: The $100 hold already on your card will be applied toward this fee, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
Example: If you book a $500 service and cancel late, the fee is $250. We will use the $100 hold and charge an additional $150.
3) Our Rebooking Credit (The "Silver Lining")
We understand that life happens. If you are charged a cancellation fee, we will allow you to apply 100% of that fee as a credit toward a new appointment, provided that:
- The new appointment is scheduled and completed within 30 days of the original cancelled date.
- The credit will be deducted from your final bill at the time of checkout for the new service.
